Services

We work with you to develop your customized investment policy statement (IPS).  We then manage your investments according to the IPS strategy for you in your own accounts. We provide quarterly performance reporting. We manage for individuals (including retirement accounts), businesses, trusts and foundations.

Portfolio Management          

You may just need an independent opinion on what an asset is worth, or if it is suitable for your portfolio.  We will discuss the situation with you, agree upon a fee, then research the investment and provide an independent or a second opinion.

Independent Review

Many investors operate without a plan.  Proper planning can be very helpful in achieving your financial goals.  Our plans are designed to help any investor manage their own investments, or coordinate with investment specialists.  Fees may be negotiated if we provide portfolio management services.  In select circumstances we will consult for either an hourly rate, or a fee for the job performed.

Planning and Consulting

Your organization or foundation may need help in long term planning or investment management. Grandview Capital supports those who volunteer to make their communities better.  We will consider donating time, or managing charitable funds at a reduced rate.
